with a grill & two ovens. There is also a fridge / freezer, a dishwasher, a traditional double Belfast sink, large storage cupboard
and a farmhouse kitchen dresser. The utility room has ample storage for boots and coats and also contains the washing machine and tumble
drier.
The living room has an open fire
and comfortable seating with satellite TV. The dining room contains a family sized table with seating for eight people. A CD player is present and the front hall
has an extensive library and selection of board games.
The first bedroom is downstairs
and consists of a double bedroom with en-suite shower room & toilet.The second bedroom is an upstairs double bedroom.There are two more twin
bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes.

The heating is provided by gas central heating throughout with a combination boiler.
